RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At THREAD EVOKE, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-printed apparel. Because we operate as a Print-on-Demand (POD) platform, each product is printed specifically for you once an order is placed.
Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are managed through our fulfillment partner, Qikink.
1. REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
Since every item is custom-made, we only offer replacements or refunds for the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues with stitching, fabric, or construction.
- Printing Errors: Significant deviations from the design or poor print quality.
- Wrong Product Received: Incorrect size, color, or design sent compared to your order.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because items are printed-to-order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of Mind: If you no longer want the item.
- Incorrect Size Ordered: Please refer to our Size Chart before purchasing, as we cannot exchange items for different sizes once printed.
- Self-inflicted Damage: Damage caused by improper washing, tearing, or wear and tear.
- Damaged in Transit: Items that arrive torn or damaged due to shipping.
3. THE RETURN PROCESS
All returns and logistics are handled by our official vendor and fulfillment partner, Qikink.
To initiate a claim:
- Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Evidence: Email us at contact@threadevoke.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the defect or the wrong item received.
- Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to serve as proof for transit damage or missing items.
4. REFUND TIMELINE
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our vendor (Qikink), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Replacements: If you opt for a replacement, we will initiate a new print order immediately at no extra cost to you.
- 5. CANCELLATIONS
Once The Orders is placed and sent to our vendor for printing, it enters the production cycle and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
