SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing THREAD EVOKE (www.threadevoke.com). Because we are a Print-on-Demand (POD) brand, our shipping process works a little differently than traditional retail. Every piece of clothing is printed especially for you once you place an order!
1. THE SHIPPING PROCESS
Our shipping timeline is divided into two parts:
- Production Time: The time it takes for our fulfillment partner, Qikink, to print, quality check, and pack your order.
- Shipping Time: The time it takes for the courier to deliver the package from the fulfillment center to your doorstep.
- Time Period: In some state the expected date of delivery could be 2-4 days or in some states it could reached to 5 to 8 days depending upon your state and area where do you live
2. ESTIMATED TIMELINES
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please use the following estimates:
- Production Time: 2–3 business days.
- Shipping Time (India): 3–5 business days depending on your location.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days.
Note: Deliveries to remote areas or during peak holiday seasons may take slightly longer.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Standard Shipping: For Cash On Delivery Order the shipping charges may be apply on actual basis or upto Rs. 200
- Free Shipping: Available Prepaid orders.
- Shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is printed and handed over to the courier by our vendor (Qikink), you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking Number.
- You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.
- Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after the label is generated.
5. FULFILLMENT CENTER
All orders are dispatched from our partner’s facility:

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RTO (Return to Origin)
Our courier partners will typically make attempts to deliver your package.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, phone number, or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to the origin (RTO).
Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us, we can ship it again to you; however, additional shipping charges may apply before re-shipping
7. DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, or if the package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@threadevoke.com
Pro Tip: We highly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel. This helps us fast-track any claims with our shipping partners if the item is missing or damaged during transit.
