CANCELLATION POLICY

At THREAD EVOKE (www.threadevoke.com), we pride ourselves on speed and efficiency. To ensure you receive your custom apparel as quickly as possible, we have optimized our workflow with a fully automated production system.

1. THE NATURE OF PRINT-ON-DEMAND

THREAD EVOKE operates as a Print-on-Demand (POD) ecommerce platform. This means that we do not keep a ready-to-ship inventory. Instead, every single item is custom-printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you only after you place an order.

2. NO CANCELLATION POLICY

Because our system is integrated directly with our fulfillment partner, Qikink:

  • Immediate Production: Once you click the “Place Order” button, the order data is transmitted instantly to the production floor at our vendor’s facility in Coimbatore.
  • Automatic Processing: The printing process begins almost immediately. Since the garment is being customized specifically for your order, we cannot cancel, modify, or stop an order once it has been placed.

Important Note: Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and size selection carefully before completing your purchase. Once the order is in the “Processing” or “Production” stage, no changes can be made.

3. WRONG ADDRESS OR SIZE ERRORS

Since we cannot cancel or edit orders:

  • Address Errors: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at contact@threadevoke.com  immediately. While we cannot guarantee a change, if the shipping label has not yet been printed, we will attempt to update it.
  • Size Errors: We cannot change the size of a garment once the order is placed. Please refer to our Size Guide before finalizing your order.

4. EXCEPTION: OUT OF STOCK

In the rare event that the specific base garment (color or size) you ordered is out of stock with our vendor (Qikink), we will contact you immediately. In this specific case, if you do not wish to wait for a restock or choose an alternative, a full refund will be processed.
